KATANA SPORTS BALM
FROM SORE MUSCLES, PULLS, STRAINS, SPRAINS AND BRUISES. IT'S
GREAT FOR RELIEF OF LOWER BACK SORENESS, AS WELL AS FOR
WARMING UP STIFF MUSCLES BEFORE EXERCISE OR SPORTS.

KATANA SPORTS BALM REACTS DIFFERENTLY ACCORDING TO INJURY
TYPE.  MOST OFTEN IT PROVIDES A HEATING SENSATION, BUT SOMETIMES
COOLING IS ALSO FELT.

FOR STICK - REMOVE CAP AND TURN BOTTOM OF TUBE TO RAISE PRODUCT.  
APPLY A COAT OF BALM OVER AFFECTED AREA.  TWIST PRODUCT BACK
DOWN INTO TUBE AND SCREW ON COVER.  DO NOT LEAVE STICK PRODUCT
IN EXTREMELY HOT PLACES LIKE A CAR - SITTING IN THE HOT SUN - OR
PRODUCT MAY MELT.

FOR ROLL-ON, UNSCREW CAP AND ROLL ON PRODUCT IN A THIN COAT
OVER AFFECTED AREA.  RECAP AFTER APPLICATION.

IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A STRONGER HEATING SENSATION - APPLY PRODUCT
5-10 MINUTES AFTER A SHOWER.  IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A MILDER HEATING
SENSATION, APPLY WHEN SKIN IS COOL AND DRY AND DO NOT COVER
WITH CLOTHING.

WARNING: Never apply Katana Balms to sensitive, chaffed or broken skin, cuts or open
wounds.  Do not apply to underarms or other sensitive areas of the body.  Do not wrap the
area after application.  Do not wear for extended periods of time under extremely tight
